Amazing mountain views from my window.
The carpet in our room was filthy, which was completely unacceptable. We mentioned the dirty floor to reception, but their response was utterly infuriating—they claimed we couldn't move rooms because it had been cleaned just earlier. To top it off, the breakfast was ridiculously overpriced for the quality offered. the hash browns were undercooked, and the pancakes were stale. I genuinely regret spending that money!
